The facility is a borrowing base driven solely by the client's outstanding accounts receivables, structured like an ABL facility.

•Interest Rate: 8-14%
•Tenor: 18 months - 6 years
•Flexible repayment strategies: bullet payment and long grace periods.
•Early repayment without penalty fee is possible.
•Debt Tickets: $2-120M
•Usually, no warrants, no equity kicker.
•We can consider IP as collateral (optional).
Requirements:
•Achieved a minimum revenue of 5M in the previous year.
